Who we are

Americas Outdoor Adventure Park LLC, an Oklahoma company. This site, careers.aoapark.com, exists for one purpose: taking applications for seats on our team and running our hiring process.

What we collect

What you type into the application: your answers, your name, email, and phone number.

Your audition video, if you upload one, or the Loom link you paste instead.

Basic technical data when you visit: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, browser type, and similar analytics. When our analytics tags are enabled this includes the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, which use cookies.

What we use it for

Evaluating your application, scheduling interviews, and contacting you about your candidacy by email, phone, or text.

Measuring which job postings and ads actually work, so we spend our recruiting budget sensibly.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your application data for anything unrelated to hiring.

Where it lives

Applications and videos are stored with Supabase (our database and file storage). Candidate records live in our CRM, LeadConnector (HighLevel). The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics data goes to Meta and Microsoft under their own privacy policies. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as your application is active, and afterward if you ask to be considered for a future group. If you want your application and video deleted, ask, and we will delete them.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email christina@odyssey-resorts.com, our Director of HR, and it will be handled by a person, not a queue.
